Good Morning! We had an awesome Prayer Breakfast this morning. The UMW always has quality events. The meal was wonderful and the music was out of this world. We will get a sample of the music during worship Sunday. The weather looks to be really hot today, be careful out there. Enjoy the day, God bless!
“and there was strife between the herders of Abram’s livestock and the herders of Lot’s livestock.” Genesis 13:7
Strife, is certainly is nothing new. What seems to be the problem? Abram and Lot have large herds of livestock that require pasture and water. The strive is over resources. Does this sound familiar? We have limited resources and we compete for them. What is the answer? We will see that Abram and Lot try to find a solution, but I wonder today what we do to try to find a solution. This is a different economic model to consider. We have to find ways to have resources for everyone, it can not be about winners and losers, we have to find ways for everyone to win. A message for today!
