Good Morning! A heat wave has hit our area!  It was so warm this morning, 26 degrees.  My run was wonderful!  Busy week, lots of odds and ends to take care of.  Think about Spiritual Growth this week.  How could you grow this year?  Remember, where are you? How much time do you have? What risk are you willing to take?  Watched a great ball game Saturday in Columbia, the Tigers were on fire.  Watched a great KU game yesterday, check the box scores.  Have a great day!

Keep Jenny Summers in your prayers, Jenny is in the hospital in St. Louis and will be until the babies are delivered. 

“After the death of Joshua, the Israelites inquired of the Lord, ‘Who shall go up first for us against the Canaanites, to fight against them?’”  Judges 1:1

A new day is coming for Israel once again.  Moses, then Joshua, but who will lead them after Joshua’s death.  We long for leadership, who will lead them?  What should be a qualification of leadership?  We read last week the people followed Joshua because he followed God.  That seems like pretty good criteria.  Who will be the leader?  Stay tuned or read ahead, but know this, it will be one who follows God.  A thought for today.
