Are you unbalanced? (or don’t know what to do next?)
Folks sometimes get to a point in their life where they’re not sure what to do next. Many Christians feel that way, too! We want to become more balanced in their faith life, but don’t know where to start. Too much in any one area can hinder healthy living. So it is in our Christian life. There must be a balance between knowledge and application. We believe God calls us to be stable and balanced in our faith.
One of the things we’d like to be more intentional about is developing, both individually and as a church, a more well-rounded faith-life. This is not to pass judgement on anyone, but to help give form to an honest self-evaluation and present ways to grow. We have grouped some of the main elements of a healthy faith-life into these six categories, represented by the wedges of this “pie.”
Spiritual growth
Attending worship
Internal ministries
External ministries
Personal support
