Just by looking into this means that you are already experiencing God’s grace.  (Awesome!)  You’ve probably been doing a lot of thinking about faith and religion and some pretty heavy things. (Don’t worry!)  We can get into the details when you’re up for them.   We believe that regular attendance in a family of fellow-searchers is the best way to find:

• Support in your struggles and questions
• Answers and learning as you grow in your faith relationship
• Inspiration and opportunities to deepen your understanding as we journey with you

Visiting Information

We look forward to meeting you!  If you’d like to chat with our Pastor, the office is open 8:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday. Feel free to call or email and we will respond to your need as soon as possible.

Hey, a great way to check the place out and meet some of the people is to join us for Wonderful Wednesday! It’s a come-as-you-are buffet-type dinner (hurray – you don’t have to cook!) every Wednesday at 5pm.  There’s also a mid-week service right after the meal, if you’d like to stick around.

How to get here!

We are easy to find! Salem UMC is located at the next stoplight east of the 19/32 intersection. Turn south onto Doss Road and the next 2 entrances are our parking lots. Watch for signs to direct you into our facility.

Where do I go once I get there?

We have a West and a South Parking Lot and Entrance. Follow the signs along Doss Road and then look for the clearly marked entrance doors each located under a drive through canopy.  Either entrance will get you into the church.  One of our smiling hosts can help you and your family find your way around.

The Worship Center (used for the Praise & Worship Service) is the 1st Left.
The Sanctuary (used for our Traditional service) is the second Left.

The Fellowship Hall, where you can meet folks and have some coffee or juice (and donuts!) is located right in the middle between the two wings.

Most of the Sunday growth classes (“Sunday School”) are in the South wing, not far from the Sanctuary.

Child Care

We are happy to have your little ones in worship with us, but if you’d prefer, we also have a wonderful Child Care Center.  It’s staffed with trained and Safe Sanctuaries-certified care givers.

Our pager system can notify you if something comes up, so you can relax and be in worship without too much stress.

The Child Care Center is located in the Worship Center hallway (between the Worship Center and the Fellowship Hall).

Our wonderful Nursery Staff.  Jennifer, Kristy, and Amanda.  They are Safe Sanctuary Certified and simply the best child care you will find anywhere.
